RETURN UNIFORM
We offer a full money back guarantee/exchange on all purchases. In order to receive the full refund/exchange we require the uniform to be returned unused and in its original packaging within 28 days from the date of purchase. Please note that any refunds/exchanges outside of this 28 day window are at the sole discretion of School Uniform Direct (Essex Ltd). Please print a copy of the returns form below and complete accordingly. We recommend that if you urgently need to return an item for an exchange of size that you re-order the correct size and return the unwanted item to us for a refund. This will speed up the process for you to get the correct size uniform.
Please also note that all postage and packing costs are to be met by the original purchaser and not by School Uniform Direct.
You have a legal ‘duty of care’ in respect of the goods returned and liable for the expense of returning them. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as ‘proof of posting’ may be required. Please mark the parcel ‘returns/exchange’ and package the goods clearly, along with the require exchange size/details.
Once the returned items have been received and their condition approved we will issue the refund or send the exchange items.
However, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items – tights/socks, special made to order sizes, swim wear.
Customers will be liable for postage and packing on any replacement/exchange items. For exchanges that require home delivery we will invoice you for the postage charge once we have received the completed customer returns form.
Please also note that returns and exchanges can be completed, in person, at the relevant school uniform pop up shop during the summer holidays, or at the on site school uniform shop on the school premises during term time, if one is operated at the relevant school. However, we cannot guarantee that the exchange size will be available at that time, we will arrange the replacement asap.
